Krystal Loverin has over eight years of experience working as an immigration legal assistant/paralegal.
Krystal graduated from the Universidad de Salamanca in 2016 with a Master in Advanced English Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies-English Literature from Oregon State University in 2006. Krystal previously served in the Oregon Army National Guard from 1997-2007 where she was as an engineer officer and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from February 2003 to April 2004.
Krystal is fluent in English and Spanish and has been a part of the Central Oregon Latino community since 2001. She learned about the intricacies and difficulties of the American Immigration system with her husband José and she understands the clients needs and concerns. She maintains a home base in Bend, Oregon and Central Mexico. After having lived in Spain, she hopes to retire overseas some day.
Krystal’s passions include her family, traveling, hiking, photography, learning about new cultures, and tasting foods around the world. In addition to travel, she hiked the 500 mile Camino de Santiago across Spain with her then-12 year old daughter Mia.
Rocio Herman has over 4 years of experience working as an immigration legal assistant/paralegal.
Rocio graduated from the Universidad Veracruzana in 2005 with a degree in Law and a Master in Criminal Science from the Universidad Villarica in 2010. Rocio was born in Mexico City and began her career in 2003 working at the Superior Court in V

Rocio graduated from the Universidad Veracruzana in 2005 with a degree in Law and a Master in Criminal Science from the Universidad Villarica in 2010. Rocio was born in Mexico City and began her career in 2003 working at the Superior Court in Veracruz State. After 11 years there, she moved to Cancun, Quintana Roo to work for the Federal Court before moving to the United States in 2017.
Rocio is fluent in English and Spanish. She has personally gone through the American Immigration system and she can empathize with clients needs and concerns.
Rocio’s passions include spending time with her family, traveling and discovering new places and food.
